Position Details:

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer

The CMM Programmer develops, maintains, and troubleshoots coordinate measuring machine programs to ensure precise inspection of production materials and components. This role interprets blueprints and specifications to define inspection criteria aligned with ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T standards. Collaborating with engineering and production teams, the programmer drives process efficiency and quality through Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

• Responsible for developing, maintaining.
• generating CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.
• The CMM Programmer will review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices and will be familiar with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs to inspect and verify production materials and components.
• Review blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient inspection processes.
• Implement Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve inspection processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMM programming and inspection.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Hebrew speaking& reading, Russian and English speaking is advantage.
• CMM programmer in Cosmos language.
• Experience in PAS usage is advantage.
• Mitutoyo CMM machine usage is adventure.
  
  

Required Education/Experience:

• Min. 3 years proven experience in production lines management.
• Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical engineering – advantage.
  
  

Preferred Education/Experience:

3 Years in Same Position preferred.
