In this role you will lead a team of Algorithm Developers & Data Scientists, develop advanced AI/ML solutions for intelligence challenges, and manage projects end-to-end while mentoring and growing your team.

Requirements

✔️3+ years of experience managing a development team (mentoring & training included) - mandatory

✔️Proven background in Intelligence Research - mandatory

✔️Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Neural Networks - mandatory

✔️Excellent analytical, problem-solving & interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

✔️ B.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
