Data Analyst – Data Cloud



This position combines analytical work with leading data-related projects, using Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud systems to run smart campaigns, build triggers, and manage audiences

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sWorking with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to run campaigns, manage audiences, and build reports and automation
  • sDeveloping methodologies for Data Cloud as the foundation for an organizational campaign syste
  • mWriting business requirement documents for development team
  • sManaging interfaces with business units, data teams, development, and marketin
  • gAnalyzing marketing data and deriving insights to improve campaign effectivenes
  • sLeading and managing data projects from definition through implementatio
  • nWriting and executing advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysi
  • sDefining and building panels for use in campaign managemen
  • tMeasuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness, including creating reports and insight

sRequirement

  • sAt least 5 years of experience working with SQL, including writing complex queries and analyzing large datasets – mus
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud – strong advantage
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – must
  • Experience in managing and leading data-related projects – strong advantage
  • Experience managing interfaces with business and technical stakeholders – must
  • Experience writing business requirements and technical specifications – strong advantage
  • Strong business understanding of the financial sector (customers, products, marketing processes) – strong advantage

Additional Advantage

  • Experience working with Redshift and AWS
  • Experience running multi-channel personalized campaign
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in marketing analytics within a financial organizatioN
  • Ability to present findings and insights clearly and effectively to senior managemen
