Responsibilities:
- Be part of squad management while maintaining 100% hands-on engineering work
- Own end-to-end feature development - from design and coding to testing and production
- Work on LLM based applications including the development of proprietary AI Agents
- Collaborate with team members through design/code reviews and open discussions
- Partner closely with research and engineering to deliver impactful solutions
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (At least 8 years) - a MUST
- Strong experience in large-scale system architecture - a MUST
- Proven ability to develop and maintain complex backend systems
- Previous experience in leading a technical team
- Curiosity, drive, and a passion for building great tech
- Background in the mobile gaming industry – an advantage
- Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks - an advantage
