This is a highly impactful role that blends infrastructure engineering, automation, and customer-facing problem-solving in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical integrations with customers - connecting product infrastructure to client systems, troubleshooting, and tailoring technical solutions.
- Develop automations to accelerate onboarding, monitoring, and support processes.
- Enhance our logging, tracing, and monitoring systems to improve visibility and enable root-cause analysis.
- Build analytics dashboards to track system health, performance metrics, and threat-detection KPIs.
- Implement alerting pipelines and Slack integrations to surface critical events and improve incident response.
- Design, develop, and maintain services, workers, and internal infrastructure components to support real-time detection workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to bridge business needs and technical execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Integration Engineer, Infrastructure/BE Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar hands-on technical role.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Node.js, or other backend languages).
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take full ownership of customer-facing technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams and with external stakeholders.
