Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience writing high-quality code.
  • Ability to work with a user-first approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Filestore provides a fully managed Network File System (NFS) service for Enterprise Cloud users who need file storage to replace their on-premise hardware when they move to the Cloud. This is an addressable market, with a window of opportunity to attract enterprises shifting to the cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable, reliable, and high-quality features that enrich Filestore's offering to customers.
  • Design, implement, test, integrate, coordinate, lead, communicate, and launch key deliverables.
  • Conduct design reviews and code reviews, and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the team to help make things happen together.
  • Help Filestore achieve compliance with various regulated requirements.
  • Initiate and identify areas for product improvement and work with stakeholders to get them staffed.
