Phoenix Financial is launching an innovative AI unit within its Data Department, a forward thinking and technology-driven team at the forefront of AI transformation. This new unit will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, and client experiences.

We’re looking for a strategic leader with a passion for technology and innovation. someone who combines deep AI expertise with business acumen and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward impactful, organization-wide transformation.

What you’ll do?

• Lead a strategic unit that combines Data Science and Product Management, responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions across the organization.
• Drive cross-organizational AI/ML implementation projects, integrating advanced technologies into both existing and new products and services.
• Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of AI experts and product managers, overseeing model deployment in production environments and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and select AI solutions, and establish strategic partnerships with external technology providers.
• Oversee contracts and engagements with AI and technology vendors.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems).
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, including end-to-end leadership of AI/ML projects.
• At least 2 years of experience managing DS/ML teams, including matrix leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in development environments such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
