Which department will you join?
The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDAR and Radar sensors.
- This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 2 days per week.
What will your job look like:
- Develop algorithms for processing and validating 3D sensor data
- Build and maintain geometric libraries and tools for spatial data processing
- Combine classic programming with algorithm development in Python
- Work on problems involving 3D geometry, coordinate systems, and sensor calibration
- Take ownership of algorithmic challenges from research to production implementation
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate solutions into the broader system
All you need is:
- Master's degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (exceptional Bachelor's with strong industry experience will be considered)
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures - comfortable implementing and analyzing classic algorithms
- Experience in Python development with NumPy/SciPy and understanding of algorithmic complexity
- Mathematical maturity to work with 3D geometry, linear algebra, and coordinate transformations
- Proven ability to solve complex algorithmic problems independently
Advantages:
- Experience with:
- Radar, lidar or other 3D sensors
- Sensor fusion, calibration, or state estimation
- Classical computer vision, SLAM, or multi-view geometry
- Building mathematical/geometric software
- Graduate research from strong programs in relevant fields
- Track record of implementing complex algorithms from research papers
