Why Join Us?
Harmony SASE is building the next generation of secure access services - enabling organizations to connect users, sites, and applications safely and seamlessly from anywhere.
As part of our ongoing innovation, we’re expanding our capabilities around AI-driven development and automation. The
Dev AI Infra & Tools team leads this transformation -building the internal platforms, data pipelines, and tooling that empower our engineers to design, test, and deliver faster, smarter, and more securely.
We’re looking for a
builder-leader - someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and developer experience. You’ll lead a small, hands-on team that builds the AI infrastructure and tools powering how Harmony SASE engineers work, test, and ship faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a small team of engineers focused on AI-driven development infrastructure and internal tools.
- Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
- Partner with product, DevOps, and data teams to identify high-impact pain points and create smart, lightweight solutions.
- Prototype rapidly - from prompt-based helpers to full internal apps - and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Integrate emerging AI technologies safely into our cloud-native environments.
- Define success metrics for developer enablement and continuously improve velocity, quality, and experience.
- Keep Harmony SASE at the cutting edge of AI-assisted engineering.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
- 2+ years of leadership experience - mentoring, scaling, and setting direction for engineering teams.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and developer tooling.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.
- A bias for action and experimentation - comfortable moving from idea to prototype quickly.
- Great communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bonus: experience with MLOps, vector databases, or internal platform development.
