AI Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and process-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our growing AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate complex business processes using no-code tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation through AI agents
• Design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows using tools like n8n, Copilot Studio, and other low/no-code platforms
• Apply prompt engineering to craft and refine high-quality interactions between users, agents, and LLMs
• Define architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into structured solutions
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and reusable frameworks for AI automation
• Monitor and continuously improve agent performance through data-driven insights

• What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (system analysis, product, or process engineering) - Must
• Hands-on experience with low/no-code automation tools (n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, or Make) - Must
• Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data flows - Must
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering - Must
• Experience integrating APIs and connecting systems - Must
• Background in business analysis or product management
• Experience designing multi-agent systems
