What You’ll Do:

  • Build scalable backend systems for cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop high-performance code for systems running worldwide, often on legacy hardware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, QA, DevOps).
  • Innovate under real-world constraints with performance and stability in mind.
  • Work independently while driving backend best practices.

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of backend experience (Go preferred; Java/Python also relevant).
  • Strong SQL & NoSQL skills, including performance tuning.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus), Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of backend security and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proven ability to work on complex, large-scale systems.
  • Strong architecture, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
