We’re looking for a hands-on Backend Team Lead to guide a cross-functional team of backend, QA, and automation engineers. In this role, you’ll stay deeply involved in coding, architecture, and delivery, while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. You’ll lead Coro’s Email Security and Data Governance team, developing high-load systems that process millions of emails daily.

These systems safeguard our customers from phishing, spam, and malware, while preventing sensitive information from leaving their organizations (Data Loss Prevention). If you’re passionate about combining leadership with hands-on development, shaping team culture, and building scalable backend services for a global, fast-growing cybersecurity platform, we want to hear from you.

About Us

Coro exists to protect every small and mid-size business in the world from cyber-attacks. We believe cybersecurity should be effortless, not overwhelming.

Our vision is to build the most intuitive and effortless cybersecurity platform on Earth. Through our AI-powered platform, we simplify protection across the four areas every business must secure: cloud apps, email, endpoints, and data, automatically detecting and resolving 95% of issues without the need for specialized security staff.

Headquartered in Chicago with roots in Tel Aviv and offices in New York and London, Coro is a global team united by a passion for making cybersecurity accessible to all.

We’re building a world where every business, no matter its size, can operate with confidence knowing Coro has its back.
