Senior Solutions Architect / Engineer – CTO Office

Our CTO Office Solutions team is a cross-functional group that bridges customers, product, and engineering — driving hands-on innovation and technical excellence across the company.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect / Engineer to join the CTO Office.

This role combines technical problem solving, innovation, and customer collaboration. You’ll work on custom solutions for customers and prospects, build internal MVPs that shape the product, and contribute to research, R&D, and product direction.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and hands-on builder who enjoys moving between code, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success during POCs, onboarding, and throughout the customer life cycle by providing technical guidance and custom production solutions
• Design and develop internal tools and MVPs that drive innovation and enhance the product
• Partner with Product and R&D to validate new ideas, improve technical scalability, and explore emerging capabilities
• Conduct research projects to support Product Marketing and strategic initiatives
• Act as a technical SME, providing field feedback, insights, and best practices
• Contribute to documentation, demos, and enablement materials used across teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or architecture including 1+ years in customer facing roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong programming skills and experience in a typed and non typed language, preferably Go and Typescript
• Excellent communication and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Sales, and CS teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate ideas into working solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity
• Experience with startup or innovation-driven environments
