MyHeritage is looking for a talented and highly motivated Junior Product Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team.
This is an excellent opportunity for top graduates to launch their careers at the intersection of data and product, working closely with Product Managers to uncover insights that shape the experience of tens of millions of users worldwide.
In this role, you will be the analytical partner to product teams: helping design and analyze A/B experiments, exploring user behavior trends, monitoring KPIs, and turning data into actionable insights. You will receive mentorship from experienced analysts and gain exposure to real-world product challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to design, track, and analyze A/B experiments.
- Monitor product KPIs and proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior to understand engagement patterns and product adoption.
- Communicate findings clearly to product and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support ongoing product decisions.
- Continuously learn new tools, methodologies, and best practices in analytics.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
- Excellent academic record - top of your class or among the best performers (please attach your academic transcript)
- High psychometric score (700+).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (academic or project experience is sufficient).
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way.
- Curiosity, drive, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong independent learning skills and ability to tackle complex concepts.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Exposure to A/B testing concepts and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
