CTS Industries, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Automation & Control System Engineer to join our Kiryat Malakhi production site.

This is a hands-on, full-ownership role that combines technical expertise, project leadership, and teamwork in a regulated (cGMP) and innovative environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Develop, program, and maintain PLC/HMI and control systems

• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance

• Lead automation projects from planning to implementation

• Ensure compliance, documentation, and reliability

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Write and maintain procedures and system documentation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics

• 3–5 years’ experience in automation/control (process or pharma industry – required)

• Proficient in Siemens / Allen Bradley / Unitronics PLCs

• Strong technical English

• Experience in GMP environments – big plus

• Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach

✅ תחומי אחריות:

• פיתוח, תכנות ותחזוקה של מערכות PLC, HMI וציוד בקרה תעשייתי.
• טיפול בתקלות בזמן אמת ושיפור תהליכים קיימים.
• הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מקצה לקצה.
• System Ownership: אחריות על תקינות, תיעוד וציות רגולטורי.
• שיתוף פעולה עם קבלנים, ספקים וצוותים פנימיים (אחזקה, ייצור, הנדסה).
• כתיבת נהלים, עדכון תוכניות חשמל ובקרה, והובלת שדרוגים טכנולוגיים.

✅ דרישות:

• מהנדס/ת או הנדסאי/ת חשמל / בקרה / מכשור / מכטרוניקה.
• ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בבקרה ואוטומציה בתעשייה תהליכית / פארמה – חובה.
• שליטה בבקרים מתוכנתים Siemens / Allen Bradley / Unitronics.
• שליטה באנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה.
• ניסיון בסביבת GMP – יתרון משמעותי.
• שירותיות, אסרטיביות ויכולת עבודה בצוות ובשטח.
