About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Team Lead with strong frontend expertise to join our growing R&D team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 6-7 developers, take ownership of complex technical initiatives, and help shape the architecture and best practices of our platform.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 6–7 fullstack developers.
• Take a hands-on role in coding, code reviews, and system design.
• Design and implement high-quality solutions with a strong focus on frontend architecture and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features end-to-end.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Drive innovation and technical improvements across the stack.
• Manage technical debt and ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, ES6, React Native).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and GoLang (Advantage) for backend services.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Experience with MongoDB and data modeling best practices.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building scalable, user-friendly products with a frontend-first mind
