We are seeking an experienced iOS Tech Lead to join the technology division.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technological leadership for the iOS development team and define coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement advanced architectures for large-scale iOS applications.
• Develop and maintain internal SPM libraries and open-source tools used by company-wide teams.
• Oversee and optimize CI/CD processes, including automation with Fastlane.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to plan and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews, enhance app performance, and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
• Mentor and guide team members through 1:1 sessions, technical training, and professional development.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in iOS application development and technical leadership
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing SwiftUI-based production applications
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures
• Deep knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and a user-centered design mindset
• Familiarity with TCA - significant advantage
