About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines supporting tens of deployments per day
- Provide our engineering teams with easy-to-use observability tools to allow for efficient debugging and incident response
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement a secure, scalable, highly available and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure for our products
- Proactively address potential issues and inefficiencies
- Promote a no-blame dev culture and support our engineering teams with the adoption of practices and tools to make them more efficient and independent
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, working in a Linux environment
- Extensive experience with maintaining a multi-region AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (preferably Terraform)
- In-depth knowledge of containerized environments and experience with K8s-based compute platforms
- Experience with CI/CD systems and automation tools (preferably Github Actions)
- Experience with observability systems (preferably ELK)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Python programming and shell scripting skills
- Passion for automating processes and continuously improving the reliability and cost-efficiency of our products
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
It would be cool if you also have
- Familiarity with more than a single public cloud
- Familiarity with Go
- Experience with managing datastores
