We are seeking a Tech Lead for Avionic Modules to lead the development of avionics modules for a large-scale, strategic, multi-disciplinary system within a key business division at the plant.

The position includes:

• Leading the development of avionics modules for a broad, unique, and strategic multi-disciplinary system

• Managing matrix development of system engineering, hardware, software, design reviews, simulators, and testing—both in-house and with subcontractors

• Leading integration and testing processes until full implementation at the customer site

• Working in a matrix environment with engineering, management, and execution responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering – required

• Master’s degree in systems engineering – an advantage

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience or leadership in developing complex hardware and/or software products – required

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale multi-disciplinary engineering projects – an advantage

• Proven experience leading product development through all stages of the product lifecycle, from design to mass production – an advantage

• Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies – required

• Management experience working with customers and subcontractors, including preparing work plans, budgets, and procurement plans – required

• Experience managing subcontractors in military development projects – an advantage

• Familiarity with cybersecurity and defense systems – an advantage

• High-level Hebrew – native or fluent – required

• High-level English – technical reading, writing, and conversation – required
