THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced iOS developer passionate about leading a team while helping build and scale our iOS apps portfolio. In this role, you will manage a small team of talented iOS developers and be involved in all aspects of app development, from conception to release. You will work closely with other team leads, developers, and QA testers, using the Agile methodology and a quality-first approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and guide a team of talented iOS developers, providing mentorship and technical expertise
- Take an active role in hands-on app development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app specifications, design, and architecture
- Implement best practices in app development, UI/UX, and coding standards
- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
Requirements:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience developing iOS apps
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
- Expertise in multithreading and memory management
- Familiarity with commonly used iOS components and libraries
- Solid understanding of mobile advertisement and IAP
- Proven track record of developing apps released on App Store (100,000+ downloads)
- Knowledge of Agile management: Kanban
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Strong leadership skills
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience as a team leader
