Senior Software Engineering Manager - Growth Tech Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the broader technical and organizational strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation, influence technical direction, and help shape the long-term strategy for the team and organization
  • Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. Ensure high-quality engineering standards, remove roadblocks, and drive the team toward successful outcomes that align with organizational goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance. Provide regular feedback, support career development, and ensure team members are engaged
  • Partner closely with product, design, data, and other engineering teams to define priorities, set clear goals, and deliver impactful solutions. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience of managing technical teams
  • BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
  • Experience of successfully leading impactful organization-level initiatives
  • Proven experience growing and mentoring engineering managers and industry level engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision making and A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience in growth engineering, experimentation platforms, or user acquisition/retention strategies
