What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure robust data flow and reliability.
• Work with modern tools and environments such as Kafka, GCP, Kibana, and Linux.
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes for scalability and resilience.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help design systems that scale globally.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize backend performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend systems with Node.js.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) — strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools/environments like Kafka, GCP, and Kibana — advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes — strong advantage.
• Experience with system design and software architecture — advantage.
• BSc in Computer Science or a related technical field — must.
• Team player with strong communication skills, curiosity, and a drive to build things that matter.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or other high-scale, data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
