NeuReality is looking for a talented and experienced Linux DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop scripts to enhance development efficiency, and build, monitor, and maintain both development and production infrastructure. You’ll work closely with technologists and product marketing teams to support our evolving platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, improve, and monitor our CI/CD pipelines and other systems.
• Develop tools and scripts that enhance developer productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and support development, testing, and production infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues across networking, deployments, and integrations. Be able to perform deep drill down analysis of application, network and infrastructure issues and providing resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to support build and release processes.
• Research and integrate tools that help automate and streamline development workflows.
• Support Kubernetes environments, including maintenance, upgrades, and configuration.
• Ensure systems are stable, secure, and compliant with internal standards.
• Document tools, processes, configurations, and infrastructure decisions.
  
  

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years as a Senior DevOps Engineer or similar engineering role.
• 4+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Proficiency in Python or a compiled language (C++, Java, C#).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience creating and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes (creating, deployment, monitoring, scaling, debugging).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in Git at command line level and modern Git workflows.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
