We're looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our core engineering operation. In this role, you'll develop and maintain internal tools and processes that ensure the reliability, performance, and visibility of our production systems, infrastructure, and applications. You’ll work closely with development and operations teams, own Tier 3 incident response, and be a key player in driving continuous improvement in system resilience.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-paced environment - ideal for engineers who are passionate about uptime, scalability, and elegant internal tooling.

Your Day - to -Day:

• Develop and maintain monitoring tools and internal services using Python or Node.js on Kubernetes
• Handle Tier 3 incident response, investigate root causes, and drive long-term solutions
• Collaborate with R&D, DevOps, and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Manage production environments using tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, and ArgoCD
• Write and maintain internal documentation for processes, tooling, and systems

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes configuration and management
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and writing advanced queries
• Solid understanding of AWS architecture and cloud services
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Dynatrace or Datadog
• Knowledge of ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex production environments
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive under pressure
