Your Role

As a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be at the core of our digital platform — building scalable, high-quality software that connects patients, devices, care-team and data.

You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end development: from robust backend systems to polished, intuitive interfaces — working closely with product, data, and embedded teams.

What You’ll Do

You'll have a rare opportunity to create a new major component from scratch - take part in the design and architect the modules and interfaces to the existing platform.

you will design and build end-to-end features across React frontends and Python-based backends.

Lead architecture and implementation decisions for scalable, data-driven systems.

Build secure, reliable APIs that interface with medical IoT devices and cloud data pipelines.

Mentor and collaborate with a small, elite team — leading by example through code, not just words.

Work closely with data engineers to optimize flows, monitoring, and analytics pipelines.

Own your work — from design and development to testing, deployment, and performance.

What You Bring

12+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

Deep proficiency in React, Python, and modern cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred).

Solid understanding of data models, pipelines, and distributed systems.

Experience or familiarity with Ruby on Rails — a plus.

A builder’s mindset — you love coding, debugging, and optimizing at every level.
