What You’ll Do

• Own the architecture and development of our Ruby on Rails backend.
• Design and implement APIs that power our ecosystem of devices and applications.
• Collaborate with full-stack and data teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish coding standards and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of production systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 9+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 7 in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience building complex, data-oriented web applications.
• Strong background in system design, APIs, and databases.
• Solid understanding of testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
• A hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution.
