- Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
- Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy & reliability
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate fast
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teamsCustomer Success to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Excellent English, written & spoken
- Native proficiency in one of the following languages: German / French / Dutch
- Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
- Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
- Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
