Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing and maintaining dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that support decision-making across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, R&D, and Clinical Studies, to ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate, and meaningful data at their fingertips.
Responsibilities and Authorities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Looker Studio and other BI tools.
- Translate business questions into clear, data-driven analyses and solutions.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics and data definitions.
- Perform ad-hoc in-depth analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to monitoring and improving data quality, ensuring reports are accurate and reliable.
- Authorized to define and recommend data metrics and business KPIs, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Authorized to provide validated data outputs and insights directly to management and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or in a similar analytical role).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, scheduled queries, Cloud Storage buckets, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Python for advanced data analysis
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with healthcare/med-tech data.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
