We are looking for a rare blend of a product visionary and a hands-on technologist to lead the next generation of our AI-powered services. This is a unique hybrid role (Product + Engineering) for a "zero-to-one" builder who can also own and scale "one-to-n" products. You will be our scout and innovator on the frontier of AI and the disciplined owner of our core AI product roadmap.

You will work at the intersection of research, engineering, and product to explore what’s possible, prototype the future, and deliver tangible user value through our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-based features. If you are just as comfortable writing a Python script to test a new model as you are presenting a three-quarter roadmap to leadership, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Innovate & Prototype: Continuously scan the horizon for emerging AI trends, open-source models, and novel techniques. You will be expected to use Python and frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex to build functional, lightweight proofs-of-concept to demonstrate the viability of new, ambitious ideas.
• Own the Core Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap for our core AI platform, including APIs, RAG pipelines, and underlying model infrastructure. You will translate validated prototypes and strategic goals into a clear execution plan.
• Define "What" and "Why": Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs. Translate nascent technology and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and compelling business cases for new innovations.
• Collaborate and Execute: Partner with our senior and staff engineers to navigate complex technical trade-offs, define success metrics, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable features from your roadmap.
• Drive for Impact: Define and analyze the metrics that matter, from model performance and system latency to user engagement and business impact. Use data to validate concepts, make roadmap decisions, and measure the success of launched features.
• Be the Expert: Serve as the company's leading authority on our AI capabilities. You will transfer knowledge from successful prototypes into the formal development lifecycle and stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, vector databases, and AI observability.

What We're Looking For:

• Hybrid Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable background in software engineering or other hands-on technical roles.
• Hands-on Technical Prowess: Deep technical fluency in AI/ML is essential. You must be able to build a basic RAG pipeline from scratch using Python and be comfortable leading deep architectural discussions on topics like chunking strategies, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
• Proven Product Leadership: Strong product sense with a track record of owning a product roadmap, working effectively with senior engineering talent on complex systems, and shipping impactful B2B or developer-focused products.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias for action. You thrive in the early stages of discovery but also have the discipline to drive long-term execution.
• Data-Driven & User-Focused: Expertise in data-driven decision-making (e.g., A/B testing, user analytics, KPIs) and an ability to connect nascent technology to real-world user problems.
• Exceptional Communicator: The ability to articulate a clear and compelling product vision to engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.
