As part of our growth, we are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team.

This role is central to ensuring smooth deployments and successful customer onboarding.

You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define and

configure user journeys, manage technical implementation, and provide data extraction and

management that supports both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support deployment and implementation of Reflectiz

• Define, configure, and validate user journeys

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define technical requirements

• Deliver accurate data extraction and reporting for internal stakeholders

• Handle data management and write/optimize complex SQL queries

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Developer or Technical Engineer

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Strong background in Web Applications and the DOM

• Knowledge of Databases (SQL / MSSQL)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Start-up mindset: agile, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Experience in Cybersecurity, B2B, or SaaS Cloud environments – advantage
