What You’ll Do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’re not just pushing code—you’re owning the game. You’ll report to our Head of DevOps and vibe with our dev crew to build slick, secure, and scalable infrastructure. We’re talking multi-cloud setups, in-house orchestration tools, and MVPs that slap. Here’s the rundown:

• Build & Boss Up Infrastructure: Use Terraform to craft multi-cloud environments.
• Kubernetes: Run, scale, and optimize K8s clusters like a pro for production workloads.
• CI/CD Wizardry: Set up buttery-smooth pipelines with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions to automate all the things.
• Script Like a G: Write dope automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash to keep ops on lock.
• Monitor & Stay Woke: Use Grafana Stack (Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo) to keep tabs on everything and catch issues before they pop off.
• Security on Fleek: Lock down systems with zero-trust and financial-grade compliance—because we don’t play with vulnerabilities.
• Collab & Create: Work with devs on our in-house orchestration tools and crank out MVPs from scratch.
• Level Up the Team: Jump into code reviews and knowledge drops to keep the squad innovative and tight.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Geek out over new tech, test it, talk it, and bring it to the table.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of DevOps experience—cloud-native is your playground.
• Terraform skills that make infrastructure look easy.
• Kubernetes expertise—clusters, scaling, networking, you name it.
• ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions? You’re already running the show.
• Python, Go, Bash—your scripts are straight fire.
• Grafana Stack mastery for monitoring that doesn’t sleep.
• Experience building secure systems.
• Ability to take ideas from “yo, what if” to MVP real quick.
• Security game strong enough for the finance world.
• Passion for tech that makes you hype to explore and experiment.
• Problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset that’s all about the W.

• Know your way around blockchain basics and how they mix with traditional systems.
• Web3 operator vibes—deploying and running smart contracts.
• Played with AI systems like agentic flows or MCPs.
