Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a leading government office in Dimona.

Role Overview

This role involves end-to-end Full Stack development – from database to application layer – in an open and secure environment. The position combines maintaining existing systems with developing new features, ensuring clean, high-quality code and compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in an open environment.
• Full Stack development: SQL Server, back-end (C#, .Net), and front-end (Angular).
• Implement secure coding practices according to government standards.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades for existing systems.
• Build new components and integrate advanced technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development in open environments.
• Proven experience with Angular (version 19 and earlier).
• Strong knowledge of C#, Web API (.Net Framework + .Net Core), and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with CSS, Sass, Bootstrap, and Angular Material.
• Background in secure development practices.
