About EasyCoach

EasyCoach.Club is a sports-tech startup building the operating system for clubs & federations. Our platform digitizes all operations, from registration and administration to coaching, analytics, communication, and player development.

We integrate cutting-edge sports technologies (GPS, sensors, optical tracking, AI-driven insights) into one seamless platform, accessible via mobile, desktop, and tablet. EasyCoach is already trusted by clubs and federations worldwide, and we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, hungry, global team that moves fast, builds with purpose, and loves sports. If you want startup energy, real responsibility, and the chance to shape a product used by thousands of athletes, this is your arena.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, all-in full-stack developer who thrives in startup life and loves building with AI. This isn’t a corporate 9-to-5 – you’ll own features end-to-end, ship fast, and help build a product that changes the game.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building core features across front-end & back-end (React, PHP, Node.js, MySQL, Mongo)
  • Using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, GPTs, vibe coding) to accelerate development.
  • Collaborating with product & design to turn ideas into working features – fast!
  • Scaling systems to support thousands of users worldwide.
  • Growing with the company, owning bigger parts of the product as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience (or equivalent projects). Please show us what you’ve built.
  • Full-stack skills: back-end & front-end (React, Node.js, PHP, CSS, MySQL/Mongo).
  • Experience with AI in development (Cursor, Claude, GPTs, LangChain).
  • Strong problem-solving & attention to detail.
  • Startup mindset: fast, resourceful, flexible, no ego.
  • Passion for sports (bonus if you’ve been part of a team yourself).
  • Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus, not a must).
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering is nice to have – but not mandatory if you’ve got the skills.

What You’ll Get

  • A seat at the table from Day 1 – real impact, real ownership.
  • A front-row seat to a global sports-tech scale-up.
  • Work with a passionate team that loves sports & tech.
  • Flexible setup (we care about output, not hours).

How to Apply

Please send us your CV, along with links to your GitHub, portfolio, or side projects if available.

We want to see what you’ve built, how you think, and why sports matter to you.
