At Urecsys we provide an AI solution for indoor air quality and building energy cost optimization. We're working with leading companies to improve their air quality and their energy consumption in their offices.

As we scale our solution, we are hiring a Technical Lead with deep experience and expertise designing and delivering commercial SaaS products using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies.

In this role, you are expected to lead by example and drive the development of our scalable solution on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Help us scale up our operation to support buildings across 3 continents
• Participating in the design of the cloud solution
• Driving the development of the cloud solution by leading the team and participating in sprint planning.
• Drive quality and best engineering practices as well as Agile development practices
• Mentor other team members

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience shipping or running production systems and/or software, including complex production systems that run on a public cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or the equivalent
• Strong service delivery experience including architecture and coding, and ideally building cloud services, ideally AWS
• Familiar with python stack
• Familiarity with IoT solutions
• Experienced working with ML teams and shipping models in production.
• Hands-on expertise with AI-based development tools and a demonstrated ability to use them for rapid prototyping, tool creation, and scaling development speed
