Join a high-tech, multidisciplinary project involving the development and deployment of a precision-guided weapon system. Work in a dynamic environment combining aeronautics, mechanics, electronics, navigation, communications, and avionics.

The position includes:

• Analyzing customer requirements and operational environment constraints

• Defining system architecture, segments, and interfaces

• Specifying performance criteria for system components

• Writing engineering and integration requirements

• Planning and defining the verification and testing process in alignment with budget, schedule, and customer needs

• Establishing the system’s operational concept

• Defining the system’s lifecycle maintenance approach

• Leading development and managing the engineering aspects as part of the system engineering team

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics – required

• BSc in Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering – subject to passing a knowledge assessment in electronics and software

• MSc in Systems Engineering – an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in system development in electronics, mechanics, or aeronautics – required

• At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer – required

• Hands-on development experience – required

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Previous experience in defense systems development – a significant advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad

• High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
