Keshet is hiring an experienced Backend BI Developer to join our Data team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and optimizing complex ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Developing and deploying end-to-end BI solutions — from data modeling to smart dashboards.
• Translating business needs into scalable data products that drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend BI Developer.
• Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with experience in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Airflow
• Strong background in Data Warehouses (especially Snowflake) and scalable data modeling.
• Proven expertise in ETL/ELT processes and pipeline optimization.
• Product analysis experience and a data-driven mindset.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL Server; Performance Tuning is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
