System Engineer for Future Interceptor Development | Central District, Israel | Missile & Space Systems Division

We are looking for a System Engineer to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.

The position includes:

• System development in the fields of hardware, mechanics, algorithms, flight sciences, avionics, and software

• Defining performance requirements and leading system and interface design

• Matrix management of engineering teams and subject-matter experts throughout all design stages, production, and system lifecycle support

• Coordinating design requirement specifications with both the customer and the primary system engineering team

• Defining design verification processes, required testing, and supporting analyses

• Leading engineering reviews, test analysis, feasibility studies, and exploration of advanced technologies

• Providing engineering support for business processes

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics – required

• At least 5 years of engineering development experience in airborne systems – required

• At least 3 years of experience with multidisciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, and software – required

• Familiarity with air defense or missile defense systems – an advantage
