We are looking for a Senior Algorithm Researcher to join our Intelligence, C4I and EW Systems Division !

The Position Includes:

• Leading research and development of advanced algorithms for intelligence, communications, and electronic warfare systems
• Managing the full lifecycle of algorithm development – from feasibility studies and modeling, through implementation and validation, to system-level integration
• Technical leadership of a team of algorithm developers and researchers
• Interfacing with key stakeholders including MoD representatives, customers, system engineers, and project managers
• Taking part in multi-disciplinary innovation that directly contributes to Israel’s national security

What We’re Looking For:

• M.Sc. (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics – required
• Specialization in digital signal processing (DSP), estimation theory, or statistical signal analysis – required
• Proven experience in leading algorithmic R&D in signal processing domains
• Deep knowledge in:
• Digital signal processing
• Analog-to-digital signal conversion
• Random processes and systems analysis
• Familiarity with communications, radar, SIGINT, or EW systems – advantage
• Experience with FPGA-based systems – advantage
• Strong system-level thinking with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
