The CTO unit of the Technology Division is seeking a System Architect to lead strategic technology program in collaboration with all development divisions within the department.

The role combines responsibility for strategic planning, innovation leadership and management of the technical aspects of complex technological solutions.

• Planning and designing integrated technological solution architectures in alignment with the strategic plan.
• Leading cross-divisional system and functional requirements definition processes.
• Driving technological innovation across all strategic technology programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic degree in Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of development methodologies system design and integration.
• 5+ years of HO experience in developing advanced technological solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in both hardware and software engineering.
• 3+ years of technological experience in defense industries or military.
