So, what's the job?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Analytics Team at Guardio. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth and user acquisition efforts — turning data into insights that shape our marketing, product, and monetization strategies. You’ll partner closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure every decision is backed by solid data, sharp analysis, and actionable recommendations.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how we attract, convert, and retain users — helping Guardio grow smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

You will:

  • Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs such as LTV, ROI, conversion rates, retention, and monetization metrics.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and product usage patterns to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to design, measure, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Conduct deep dives into performance trends, audience segments, and user behaviors to inform targeting, messaging, and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and R&D to ensure alignment on growth priorities and share actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of growth analytics best practices, attribution models, and measurement tools to keep our decision-making sharp.

You might be the perfect match if you check most of these boxes:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business, growth, marketing, or product analytics (startup, B2C, or subscription-based business is a plus).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying large, complex datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) for building actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Solid understanding of key growth metrics and concepts: A/B testing, funnel analysis, and KPIs optimization (LTV, ROAS, retention, churn).
  • Proactive, curious, and able to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
