Xyte is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and self-sufficient Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.

About the Role:

• Design and implement automated testing infrastructure and testing solutions for software applications and systems
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using test automation frameworks and tools
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to identify and resolve software defects
• Analyze and report test results and provide recommendations for improvements
• Identify opportunities for test automation and continuous improvement of testing processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation for complex systems.
• Experience with creating complex automation tests for frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Playwright – a must).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and the ability to integrate or collaborate with AI-based QA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-sufficient, and highly detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
