We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will manage technical and operational issues raised by customers and internal business teams, while also contributing to the development of new solutions, utilities, and product customizations. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with product, data, and development teams. We are seeking a highly technical team member who can own the support activity end-to-end


Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s business, identify pain points, and provide tailored solutions based on the product portfolio.
  • Research technical issues, identify potential solutions, and provide prompt and accurate feedback.
  • Develop solutions, services, and product customizations in accordance with the company’s R&D processes and policies.
  • Communicate and escalate customer requirements and unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers and product managers).
  • Lead business, operational, and technical discussions with external and internal customers.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven programming experience (you will be asked to provide relevant coding examples) - a MUST.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Excel - a MUST.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Internet protocols.
  • Ability to lead business discussions with customers while presenting performance trends and business goals.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows, dive deep into complex problems, and identify root causes.
  • Interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, including applying knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
  • Strong attention to details with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
