The role includes working in a startup-mode environment.

• Build fast, scrappy, and high-quality prototypes to validate product ideas and opportunities.
• Partner with product and business teams to translate concepts into tangible experiments.
• Balance technical execution with business and product sense - knowing when “good enough” is enough.
• Use your developer background to explore technical feasibility while pushing toward user and market impact.
• Identify opportunities where LLMs and emerging technologies can solve real user problems.

Qualifications

• Strong developer background (3+ years hands-on coding experience).
• Proven ability to ship prototypes, POCs, or MVPs in fast-paced environments.
• Solid product and business instincts - able to evaluate whether something is worth building.
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered products is a big plus.
• Comfortable collaborating across product, design, and engineering.
• Thrives in ambiguity and knows how to bring clarity through action.
• Curious, creative, and pragmatic - you care about outcomes, not just code
