What We’re Looking For 

● 3+ years backend experience (Node.js/TypeScript preferred). 

● Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud environments. 

● An ownership mentality: “You build it, you run it.” 

● Comfort with production systems, observability, and scaling. 

● Growth mindset and AI-native approach to engineering. 

● Bonus: familiarity with React or full-stack skills.
