About the Role: Mentaily is a digital health company transforming mental health. Be part of a core AI team responsible for developing the foundations of our LLM-powered mental health assistant. Focus on AI model development, integration, and optimization with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform tools.

Department: Management/Technology

Responsibilities:

●      Contribute to the architecture and implementation of NLP/LLM models (e.g., classification, scoring, personalization)

●      Design and maintain AI pipelines

●      Support model lifecycle: training, evaluation, monitoring, deployment

●      Collaborate with engineering, PMs, and clinical experts to ensure ethical and safe AI Fine-tune prompts and optimize user-agent interactions

●      Analyze real-world usage data to improve AI outcomes

Requirements:

●      M.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning, NLP, or AI.

●      3+ years of experience in applied ML and NLP

●      2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or vector search

●      Experience with RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and agent orchestration tools (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph)

●      Experience building ML pipelines

●      Strong background in experimental design and prompt evaluation

●      Knowledge of model evaluation for LLM reliability and safety

●      Strong Python and ML stack (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)

●      Skilled in SQL and data visualization tools

●       Excellent collaboration and communication skills
