We are looking for a Test Development Engineer to join our team at the Missiles and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Writing technical requirement specifications for the development and production of automated tests.
• Writing test documents, guiding programmers in coding tests, and specifying test software.
• Leading and coordinating between engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Managing subcontractors in the test development process, including participating in and overseeing engineering reviews.
• Providing technical support to subcontractors during production.
• Performing hardware-software integration tests with the test unit.
• Installing tests at production/customer sites and performing integrations until delivery.
• Conducting OJT (On-the-Job Training) at production and customer sites.
• Supporting production and maintenance at customer sites.
• The role includes overtime and international travel.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in specifying and developing automated hardware tests – mandatory.
• Previous experience as an electronics technician/engineer from military service – an advantage.
• Familiarity with software development tools and use of ATEASY TESTSTAND software – an advantage.
• Background in integrated systems, RF, and antennas – an advantage.
• Understanding of computer communications, integrations, and system testing – an advantage.
