abra is looking for a CRM Dynamics Developer to join our CRM Division.
You will design, develop, and implement CRM Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom modules, workflows, business rules, reports, and dashboards. The role also includes integrations with other systems, troubleshooting, upgrades, and supporting end users. You will collaborate with IT, development teams, and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM Dynamics development and implementation
- Experience with custom solutions, workflows, reports, dashboards, APIs, and Plugins
- Proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript
- Experience in troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support
- Teamwork and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Advantage: familiarity with DCP, Ribbon, CRM architecture, On-Premise, GW Open API, CRM Online, and Marketing Automation
