We are looking for a BOARD DESIGN to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Participate in defining the architecture of airborne/ground-based systems (including participation in discussions and reviews).
• Develop electronic enclosures/boards through product development processes.
• Define integration documents for hardware-firmware-software and perform system integrations.
• Take part in final system integration and testing.
• Manage and support subcontractors in the development of electronic enclosures and boards.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• Master’s degree – an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in developing electronic circuits
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing digital and analog boards for airborne systems, from the specification stage through layout support, integration, and transition to production (including design for manufacturability and managing subcontractors)
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware/firmware/software integration
• At least 5 years of experience in High-Speed Board Design, signal integrity, writing design and system documents, layout files, interface specifications for programmers, and summary reports
• System-level perspective and ability to design hardware architecture for a project
• Extensive knowledge in developing complex electronic circuits, including CPU, DDR, and FPGA components, including layout, integration, and subcontractor guidance
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity simulations
• Experience in compliance testing through to production handoff
• Experience in FPGA development, including coding, simulations, and lab integration – an advantage
• Experience in leading development teams – an advantage
