About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Clinical Data Associate to join our dynamic Clinical Data Team, and support Scopio clinical reliability and data management efforts. You will help improve the clinical data we use for product development and research.


Your main responsibility will be operating and labeling blood and bone marrow cell images. This work is essential to training and improving our AI models. This position does not require previous experience; training will be provided.


What you'll be doing:

  • Collecting and organizing clinical samples
  • Labeling and operating clinical data to generate datasets for AI training
  • Managing and reviewing labeling tasks
  • Professional management of labeling associates (students and experts)
  • Operating Scopio Labs digital scanner and hematology application
  • Validating and evaluating new models, features, and software versions
  • Exploring and implementing automation opportunities based on AI agents
  • Maintaining protocols, documentation, and data statistics
  • Running statistical tests on large datasets
  • Designing and executing model evaluation tests
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to ensure accurate data collection


The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.Sc. in biology, sciences, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • English proficiency
  • Strong statistical knowledge
  • Excellent observational and analytical skills
  • Ability to investigate issues thoroughly
  • Eagerness to learn hematology (cell morphology and classifications)
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Keen observational skills for analyzing patterns and validating data accuracy
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Hands-on experience with Python scripting, Excel and AI agents (e.g. chatGPT, Claude)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux terminal is an advantage

Scopio Labs
