Now we’re looking for a Digital Development Manager to join our journey, drive innovation across cloud platforms, IoT systems, and digital experiences, and turn big ideas into secure, scalable, and user-centric products.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary development teams (Cloud, DevOps, Backend, Mobile, Data).
• Partner with Product and Robotics development teams to shape and deliver the technology roadmap.
• Build and scale next-gen IoT platforms: telemetry, automation, AI-driven insights, and OTA updates.
• Oversee mobile development that seamlessly connects hardware and cloud.
• Design and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions at scale.
• Champion DevSecOps, observability, and automation to ensure secure and highly available systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software development, including 3+ years in development management.
• Proven expertise in IoT ecosystems, cloud development (AWS preferred), and large-scale platform design.
• Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, and automation.
• Experience scaling mobile apps and connected device platforms.
• Bonus: AI/ML expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and delivery skills.
